Nabriva’s research and development programs focus on unmet medical needs in attractive markets. All programs under development are characterized by improved efficacy, better safety and great potential to treat bacterial infectious diseases caused by resistant pathogens. Currently, Nabriva focuses on two different antibiotic classes: (I) pleuromutilins designed for oral and topical application and (II) injectable broad-spectrum anti-MRSA cephalosporins.
